Seating & Time Limit
• Each booking reserves your seats for 1 hour, starting from your booked time — not your arrival time.
• 10-minute hold: booked seats are held for 10 minutes past the booking time; after that the reservation is automatically released.
Booking Window
• Bookings can be made up to 60 days ahead.
• Same-day bookings need at least 1 hour's notice.
Party Size
• Online bookings are for parties of 1–2 guests — every guest takes one counter seat.
• Larger groups are welcome via the walk-in queue at the counter, or by arrangement on WhatsApp.
Walk-in Queue (when seats are full)
• Get your queue number at the counter.
• You'll receive a text reminder about 10 minutes before your number is called — please reply to it.
• Missed numbers are held for 10 minutes only.
